GREAT ARTISTS are sometimes accused of being brash, direct and arrogant. Mostly it's because we are misunderstood. Me? Not at all. Very approachable - (laughs) Although... I have been accused on more than one occasion of being a Misanthropist. Photography is my life... It took me some time to figure this out, but I discovered that mixing commercial, fashion and brand photography together along with an awesome team, a film production company and international travel, gives me the perfect mix to create a life nothing short of DELICIOUS. To tell a story in a single image is not an easy feat, it takes time to learn composition, framing and the art of understanding your subject. This may take 15 minutes, it may take a day or too, but until the relationship is formed, there is no point in taking a single frame. Photographers from all areas of their art are constantly learning how to master these steps and apply it to their works - I'm lucky to have found my flow and my passion and now I use this to support my team. I photograph the world and continue on my journey to tell my story through my lens. Street photography and Fashion is where it all started for me - Greeting my World "TTL" all thorough my beloved Leica's, whilst using my eye in the art of composition and apply it into commercial and advertsiing photography. My cherished relationships with great brands, fellow bloggers and creative geniuses are imperative to my success, as is the support I get from my team at Vivian Fashion House. My recent projects have me working with Haute Couture, as well as capturing celebrities from all over the World. I spend time with my subjects before I shoot them, which is imperative in creating an understanding and a relationship with them. This has been such an eye opener for me - and I am blessed to be working with such talented people.
